Complaints

Should tenants have any complaints we would advise the tenants to follow the procedure we have in place. 

 

Step 1 

Email through to rentals@iforhomes.co.uk providing specific details of the complaint.

 

Step 2

If the issue is not resolved, request the landlord details. These will be provided within 21 days. 

 

Step 3

If you feel that you have not recieved a satisfactory response you can report this to the proprerty redress scheme https://www.theprs.co.uk/Consumer
